The object of the game is to pick the winning hand between the King Hand and the Queen Hand. Players can also win if either hand appears on the printed pay table or by correctly betting on the total number of Kings and Queens dealt. Betting on the High Hand is optional.

Using a single deck, four cards are dealt to each hand. Players place their bets before cards are dealt. To start, two Queen cards and one King card are revealed. Betting continues with each Queen card. Before the final Queen card is shown, players must bet or fold. Then the full King Hand is revealed, and the winner is determined. Payouts follow the printed pay tables.

Easy to learn and exciting to play, the game offers multiple ways to win — even after folding.
