• Services and Payments

Can Caddie™ provides professional waste can management services to residents of the agreed gated community.

  •   Payment options include monthly, annual, or HOA community plans as outlined on our website.

  •   Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to renewal or annual payment due dates to avoid charges.

  •   Financial transactions are securely processed. Can Caddie™ reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or cancel services at any time for non-payment or breach of terms.

• Customer Expectations and Liability

  •   We strive for accuracy and reliability; however, we are not liable for minor information errors or service interruptions beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather or property access restrictions).

  •   Problems, concerns, or disputes must be addressed directly with Can Caddie™ corporate offices. Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs) and board members are not responsible for service-related issues.

• Copyright and Intellectual Property

  •   All website content, logos, service descriptions, and materials are owned by Can Caddie™ and protected by copyright laws.

  •   No content may be copied, adapted, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from Can Caddie™

• Account Management

  •   Can Caddie™ reserves the right to disable or suspend any customer account for non-payment, abuse, violation of terms, or other misconduct.

  •   In cases of default, account status may be reported to the HOA if necessary.

• Changes to Terms

  •   We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
